About Us

This all started in Los Altos, California, in 2016. A friend had come to visit from Tennessee to spend the Christmas Holidays and escape the cold for a while. One afternoon, we went to Safeway to get a few things. As we walked down the  liquor aisle, we heard Christmas music being played overhead. At that moment, the song coming through the speakers was one of my holiday favorites, “Baby, it’s Cold Outside”. She started singing along  in her best Nashville voice, and when the chorus came on, she leaned over and sang, “Baby, It’s COCKTAIL Time”. We laughed ourselves silly in that liquor aisle, and realized it was, you guessed it, Happy Hour… So, of course, we immediately went out for a cocktail. It was a while later that we figured something else out. The word “Cocktail” could be substituted for the word “Christmas” in just about any song. Laughter ensued and new words were sung for days.

Another while later, on a cross country road trip, an idea was born. Why not share this fun with others? Why not create funny T Shirts based on these new Christmas words? Why not add some levity to Christmas? And so the first season of FaLaLaLaLa was off to a start. With really great and unexpected success, too. And the rebellious renegade that created those drinking (and maybe off-color) designs was feeling pretty good. Truth be told, that time in my life was off color, at best. My emotions were frazzled because, well, of life.  I got quite ill and subsequently lost my way. The first season’s theme of drinking and other craziness no longer spoke to the happy to be alive, grateful person I am today. Even though I still have most of the products from the first season listed under the CHRISTMAS COCKTAILS AND COFFEE COLLECTION category, I have changed the main theme.

Who doesn’t love pets? They give so much unconditional love to us. My fur babies ( a huge dog and 2 cats) have been with me through everything. Without them (and some of the best friends a girl could ever ask for), I don’t know how I would have survived. And gratefully, after much ado, we are all in our forever home, with 2 additional cats and a really special guy that rescued us from a life of feral existence.

This 2023 holiday season is made for pet lovers! I am constantly creating new designs to keep up with the requests for more breeds and critters. Here are the T Shirts, Sweatshirts, Mugs, Pet Gear and all kinds of fun holiday stuff I created. My goal is to bring light, laughter and smiles to make Christmas fun again.
